Upon securing a tour reservation, our team will process your booking and dispatch a confirmation email to the address provided during the reservation process. It is imperative that you receive and retain this confirmation, as it must be presented upon arrival to gain entry to the tour.
Age Restriction:
Please be advised that all tour participants must be at least 18 years of age, in accordance
with Aruba's legal drinking age.
Guests are advised to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour commencement to facilitate a punctual start. Tours are scheduled to begin precisely at the appointed time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated; however, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for tours missed due to tardiness.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable. Cancellations Prior to 24 Hours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.
